So I have a 2003 Scout Sportfish 185 and took it out for the first time yesterday. One thing I noticed was that the front compartment fills up with water when the boat is in the water. It does not overflow and I it appears to even drain while in the water but there is always water in it. When the boat is removed from the water it empties. I am assuming this is not normal. Any idea on what the problem could be?
